Geek Squad never visit my home for service.

I made mention about time this is when he got started. He said the visit is cancelled and he will remake appointment. Never heard from Geek Squad so I figured it out myself. Now I have received a bill for $99.99, no service was ever rendered with payment due on 01/11/26. This charged needs to be canceled.
