Geek squad tried to hook up printer.

He should have been able to determine that Windows 11 didn't have a driver to support either printer, but he did not. I than had to call the Geek Squad again and wait in line to schedule a technician to come to my house. That technician was able to determine in only a few minutes that Windows 11 didn't support either printer and informed me that I would have to purchase new printer.
