Don't Expect Printer Repair from Geek Squad

I only found out when the tech called me the night before the appointment. I could have been told this when I made the appointment, but since it's impossible to call a Geek Squad directly, appointments are made by a central switchboard operation who doesn't know anything about actual equipment.
