I love the look and feel of this controller not only as a Zelda fan, but as a Nintendo fan as well. Its sleek, thematically on point, and had great functionality to start. However, I've noticed under more use, my left Joystick is drifting quite a bit and characters are moving on screen without anyone touching the controller more frequently. I wish Nintendo would work to fix joycon drift more adamantly or lower the pricing of their controllers. It inhibits gameplay often and I would expect a bit more quality from a specialty pro controller. My standard pro controller does not have this issue, but I know it is a rampant issue throughout the gaming console community. I'm giving it 4 stars because that's really the only issue I have, and while it is annoying that I wouldnt be able to play competitively at all with this controller and occasionally fall off a cliff because of it, the controller itself is still a pretty sick keepsake for the TOTK release.

Love the design. Feels great in your hands. Easy to connect and play right out of the box. Battery last forever.

I got this pro controller as a gift to my boyfriend to commemorate the new Zelda game because I thought he’d like the design. Turns out the design is just an extra perk on a very well created functional product that vastly improves upon the controllers that attach to the switch. The battery life is really long and it feels like an XBOX or PlayStation controller. I definitely recommend!

I love this controller. It goes together well with the totk oled switch too. I was waiting for another special edition pro controller to release with a different color or design besides the black one so i had to buy this one. I read some people have been experiencing stick drift, but i have not at all. Maybe those people who did needed to update the controller or recalibrate it.

Nintendo has done an excellent job with the pro controller, and this Zelda Tears of the Kingdom variant is no exception. Battery life is excellent, the feel of the controller in your hand is perfect, the design on this one is on point for the zelda franchise… i could go on and on. I have tried various other third party Switch controllers, but the official one is still the best.

Is the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller the best controller? No, that honor likely belongs to the newest rendition of the Xbox Series X/S controller. BUT, there's still a lot to dig about the Pro Controller, most especially its chunky battery life at nearly 40 hours on a full charge. The haptics and vibration are decent enough, as is the controller's overall heft. Something about the sticks feels a bit cheaper than on the Xbox controller or Playstation's DualSense 5 controller. The particular aesthetic designs on this Pro Controller are great and capture the vibes of Tears of the Kingdom. I also have the Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Pro Controller, and it's fun having both of these next to each other. Very recommended if you play a lot of docked Switch games.

This controller is so beautiful and well balanced. I could immediately feel the difference when I pulled this controller out of the box compared to my PowerA controller (which is great, but this is so much better). Battery life is really great, I’ll play TOTK for days before I need to think about charging it. Plus the design and aesthetic is just perfect.

I'm so glad i got to get my hands on this controller. The black on the controller shows up more in brighter lit rooms, so mainly you see the gold trim in the absence of the black. Pro controllers have always been my favorite, and this one is no exception. The sheer luster of the design is something to behold in person, as pictures don’t do it justice

This is a beautiful Pro Controller. It has a lovely sturdiness to it, the weight is nice and balanced. Maybe my imagination but it feels heavier than other Pro Controllers. The design is nice, I know it wasn’t a fan favorite but it is quite nice in person. I’m happy to have been able to add it to my collection.

This is the first pro controller I’ve bought since I’ve had my launch day Switch. I picked up in store and the box was slightly damaged on the back but it’s no big deal. It works perfectly and has no drift issues as some others described. I’m liking it so far and the design is really nice.

I love the Switch Pro Controller. Feels great in the hands and having the gyro even when playing on the TV is a must. The Tears of the Kingdom special edition is absolutely gorgeous, including patterns made with different textures on the base plastic as well as the fully embossed designs.

Controller looks great with a lot of attention to detail all over. Beside the design it is identical to the normal pro controller, but i can definitely see a fan of the series loving it. It is a shame that it was so difficult to get though.

Really great controller! Haven't had any issues. The design is very sleek and feels a lot better than the joy cons. I haven't used my joy cons since purchasing this controller. If you can find it in stores I definitely recommend.

The design is subtle and elegant. Matches the Tears of the Kingdom Switch nicely. The Pro Controller itself is already a classic design, and a dream to play with. One of the most comfortable controllers on the market.

A first party Nintendo controller is the best way to experience a docked Switch. The controller is built solid. The design is great. It connects to the Switch easily, every time. The battery lasts forever, almost.
