First of all, the instructions followed easily and only took about an hour to assemble. It is easy to move around with wheels and a handle, although it is very heavy. My 8 yr old daughter was very eager to try the games out on it. She really enjoyed it and figured out the controls easily. The seat adjusts well. I love the stability of the wider seat. There isn't any rocking. I feel the resistance levels are great but I am not a pro biker. The controls are user-friendly which makes it easy to track your progress. The games take your mind off of the workout and I have found that I stay on it longer just to keep playing. This is a great product and worth every penny. I have had the bike for 3 days and have not discovered anything I would complain about at this point. I would definitely recommend this bike to others.
