I love this pedometer, It was definitely a great choice. I primary use it to keep track of my steps. But it's really good for exercise or heavy walkers, you keep accurate steps through out your workout or just your day in general, I like to know how many steps i'm taking so this works for me, I don't run so I can't say it would be good, unless you pin it to your clothes or keep it in your pocket, because I have dropped it a couple of times, an even keeping in your pocket may not be as accurate. Over all I know I made a great choice with this product, it does everything the description says , its very easy to use, and i like the buttons aren't easily pressed when you accidentally bump it, it never restarts on me. very tough exterior so I know it will last a long time. It was the best priced on best buy with free shipping, their shipping was very fast. Hey you could try it and return it if you didn't like i guess, but I don't think you will. Good product, if and when I need a replacement I will get this same one.

The product is nice but extemely sensitive. When you touch it, it counts steps. It took the product over 3 weeks to arrive, and each one was shipped separately. Tried to contact customer service to find out the hold up and could not get through to anyone. Tried via telephone and email but no response.
