I used this chair for 3 weeks. My middle and upper back started to hurt. Wasn't sure if it was the chair or something else. I swapped the chair with another in my home and back pain went away a few days later. My son (18 years old) took the chair. He's virtual schooling so he used the chair for a couple weeks. Sure enough he started to have back issues.

I literally could not get the arms attached. There was no hole to screw them into. And I agree with another comment I saw where the bolts are very difficult to get in due to how the mechanism is put together. The cushion seems comfortable, but I'm not able to adjust the angle, like you're supposed to be able to. It's not worth taking apart and returning, but I would not recommend.
