This controller is our primary switch controller for most of our games. Ergonomics are on point. The layout feels great and is super comfortable. No complaints on battery life. Price is a bit high but you get the tilt controls and amibo support. This controller is designed with serviceability in mind and in case something needs to be swapped out, this is by far the most intuitive disassembly/assembly. Well done Nintendo!

Love the pro controller. The battery life alone is astounding. And it fits my hands better than the joycon controller.

I play my Switch on my television most of the time. So instead of using the joycons I got this pro controller. The battery life is great on the pro controller. The controls are spot on with the pro controller too. It comes with rumble, amiibo support, 80 hour battery life, and motion controls too. This is the best controller for the Switch if you play on your television.

It's hard to beat the standard! This controller is a must-have for Switch owners. Sturdier than the joy-cons and much more comfortable to hold (not to mention, $10 cheaper than a full set of joy-cons). Do your hands a favor and invest in this pro controller!

The remotes that latch to the switch we seem to be buying under a year over and over again. I love the idea but they don’t last. We purchased this remote ad a helper when playing on the tv and it significantly better for normal wear and tear. Wish the “classic” Nintendo one was available as I wound purchase that one too.

    Good controller, classic Nintendo issues

Love the controller when it works! The biggest issue is one that Nintendo is fully aware of, and that's the poor quality design of the analogs. Joy-con drift is real, and while great that Nintendo is fixing those for free, the same issue is present on this controller, and the Gamecube one as well. The last Pro controller I had, Nintendo said they'd fix it for "free", but that shipping and a small fee would be required, which was, no surprise, the cost of a brand new controller...Can't make this stuff up. Nintendo prints money, maybe spread it around to the production designers. Buy the extended warranty to save money on a new replacement in the year that it lasts...

The pro controller is essential if you are coming from a traditional system like PS4. The joycons are adequate, but feel strange in comparison to, say, a dualshock 4. I also find that the Pro controller is much more comfortable for long stretches. I do wish it had a headphone jack.

The joycon grip that came with the system works but is not that comfortable. The pro controller solves the problem. Battery life is good. Didn't need to charge it that often. The only con is the price. I would be OK with paying around $50, but there's not much you can do about that.

Bought a Switch console. Found the original controller tired my hands after some time. Bought a couple of hardwired controllers for guests. Prefered the feel of the bigger controllers. Not so fond of the hardwire for regular use so I purchased this wireless one. Only issue is sometimes it pulls to one side when playing. Have heard that it may be interference from my other wireless devices in close perimeter. Relocated away wireless router, appears to have improved

I'm only a casual gamer, but comparing this controller to the 'included' Joy-controllers... is no contest. I've been using it for several months, mostly playing Zelda... and it fits in my hands nicely, the controls are nicely arranges... it's an all around great controller. It's a little pricy, but it's worth it.

If you are going to play any type of action / adventure like Zelda or Bayonetta, even 1 V 1 fighting games this is a must have instead of using the joy-con &/or joy-con joystick substitute. It feels great in your hand, very responsive and if you play the Xbox One the controller has a familiar feeling the only difference are the obvious camera / home screen buttons and the abxy buttons are in reverse. Is easy to adjust even for a casual gamer.

This was a gift for my son. He loved it! It was easy to sync to his Switch and he was able to play more complex games. It was a a little on the pricey side, but hopefully it stands up to the test.
