Coffee grounds end up in bottom of pot

Too many coffee grounds are ending up in in the bottom of the pot, after brewing. We are using regular Folgers coffee. It may work better with filters.

There are times that you need to make more cups of coffee and this urn does a really nice job do you don't have to be bothered making several smaller pots.

Piece of junk

This coffee urn broke after only three months. It worked fine for a while, then the middle rod broke in half. I have had problems with Proctor Silex and Hamilton Beach, which is apparently owned by the same company, many times before. Their products are junk and break very quickly. I will never buy one again.
