    Only a few weeks in and has lasted longer than the Hamilton Beach it’s replacing. The crumb trays work great.

    It does the job for the money. Not very deep for large bread slices. Even waffles dont toast well on the top. Not a fan but it works.

    I purchased this toaster on Sept 16, 2024 as of Friday Nov 15, 2024 only one side stays down during the toasting cycle. If we want to use both sides we have to stand there and hold the lever down for the duration of the toasting cycle. The purpose of purchasing a 4 slice toaster was to save time by toasting more at one time. I do not recommend.

    The toaster was shipped and received on a timely basis. The only problem is that it was dented on the top. We did not see it right away so not sure what we can about the dents
