I love this series, and I was very excited that it was available as physical media, since that's always more trustworthy (and cheaper) than paying streaming for access to a single show. The price was better here than from any other seller. But the delivery left a lot to be desired. The package inexplicably looked like it had been stabbed?? And the jewel case was superficially cracked, with one of the brackets inside (the part that holds up the disc sheath) broken off. I managed to fix it by rigging it with a small rubber band, and I covered the cracks with a piece of clear packing tape (underneath the cover art insert), and the discs themselves were totally unharmed and in great condition, so I didn't feel the need to return the item (plus I wasn't sure the coupon I used would translate to an exchange). It makes an odd sort of sense for the case to be a little damaged, just like the main character....but still. Best Buy needs to do a lot better. Or label things like this as fragile, so that USPS (or whomever) treats deliveries a little more carefully.

The product was shipped almost immediately. So thankful. This show is awesome. You definitely can’t wait for the next episode. So many highs and lows throughout the season. I can’t wait for Season 2!

Excellent series. Enjoyable to watch. Well worth the purchase.
