My family uses this grinder several times a day. Easy to refill and to pick fine to course grinds. Bonus light for late night snacks. Love it!

The pepper grinder works but is slow. For most people probably fine but our household uses a lot of pepper.

Cheaped out on one part that ruins it

The black plastic holding the grinding mechanism in the bottom is not strong enough to handle the torque without cracking - that is why if you look other place people complain about the grind being way too coarse. Unfortunately, the company cheaped out on one part that ruins a pretty nice mill. And you can not get the part out of warranty - although I am not sure there is much point since it would just break again any way. I hate adding to landfill but I don't want huge chunks of pepper...
