I love this yoga ball! I bought it to use at work because I was tired of sitting on a chair. It's great for my core and posture. Good quality, large/sturdy. My only complaint is that the pump that comes with it isn't the greatest. I used a different one and it was much faster.

The ball is cool and works fine, but it would work better if I actually used it on a regular basis. The ball doesn't work by itself, people. YOU have to operate it, otherwise it's just a dust collector and a space stealer. So, get on the BALL already!!
