Come in with low expectations and you'll be happy

This is an affordble bike with a great idea behind it. But it will drive you nuts. You have to either use the IFIT app or only do steady state workouts. There are no offline presets that vary resistance. Basically the bike is worthless without an IFIT subscription. And the app is mind bogglingly annoying to use. The filters and search features are terrible. I'm also not sure how much new content they are making especially for the road rides. The "smart" assist is the dumbest thing I've ever used. If you can go a few rpm over the target rate, it will absolutely crush you with resistance instead of trying to challenge you while staying reasonable. It doesn't understand the rest cycles built into the intervals either, so it will still try to crush you on your rest cycle. There is also a lot of poor tracking between the resistance and cadence and what the trainer is saying. The workouts themselves are pretty good and the road rides keep the workout entertaining. Make sure you have good internet and strong wifi because losing connection mid workout really ruins it (no download option). Overall this is probably a better value than a peleton, but I would hold out for a good deal for IFIT (not worth more than $10-15 a month), and know what you're getting. I was disappointed

Seat mechanism not goo

Overall bike is ok however the seat does not stay put after it is adjusted. Thank goodness I’m Short! Needs a better seat adjustment mechanism. Otherwise everything else is great!

Works as promised. Only problem for me is the screen is too high, unlike their older bikes, and I have to look up to see it or read my tablet.

Bought a Proform 7/22/24. Tried to register warranty, extremely difficult. Resistance does not work. Tried to get service, waited an hour on the phone as Proforms website would not help. Person on phone wanted me to take a video of me and the bike. Just needed service

Recumbent exercise bike

It's a great exercise bike and is everything I have been looking for. The cushioned seat is comfortable and the seat position is easily adjusted.

An excellent exercise bike for the home. Only drawback is the pedals' straps could be larger to accommodate bigger shoe sizes.
