Poor design for the price

There's just a flat plastic sheet with printed numbers. Pressing the numbers gives only a beep for feedback. There's no click and there isn't any sort of bump so you can feel the button. Plus, the plastic sheet is stiff and it's hard to get the button to register a press. So many times I've gone from 3 MPH to 7 MPH when I intended 3.7 MPH. The machine didn't register the first number press and shoots me off the treadmill. It has several preprogrammed workouts that change incline and speed. When it automatically changes speed it happens too quickly, enough to trip me up a bit. There is a beep when you push buttons and just before the speed changes. But if you're wearing headphones you won't hear it. Who doesn't wear headphones on a treadmill? The walking platform is kind of heavy. There isn't any mechanism to help me lift the platform, like gas shocks or a spring. In the upright position, there's a bolt to hold it in place. That bolt seems way to small for me. I wish they had designed it with a gas shock that would help me lift the platform, and make sure the platform doesn't suddenly fall when that tiny bolt breaks. I wouldn't buy this again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Great product but issues with Geek Squad install

Excellent treadmill

It shows a pulse in the 70’s, then switches a second later to above 120, then drops down to the 40’s a few seconds after that. It has proven to be incredibly inaccurate and another reason not to purchase this piece of equipment.

No video on how to use all display buttons. It would make it easier if theres a video that demonstrate the step by step assembly of the treadmill and step by step on how to use the treadmill. When I say use ... I meant all the display buttons. Would be nice if its more friendly user.
