Not bad but not what I expected

I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again!! The first treadmill did not come with the console panel. The second treadmill the motor is making a noise. They have zero communication in customer service in India. And proform has zero customer service.

Don’t buy

Can you give us more information on what you are paying extra each month for? If you are referring to the iFit program, please know that it is an optional subscription that is not required to use your treadmill. The treadmill can still run regardless if you have an iFit subscription.

Extremely unreliable.

It constantly has issues starting up. The screen will go dead, the belt will stop. Sometimes for seconds and sometimes for entire minutes. It's very unreliable. Do not waste your money.
