If you’re looking for a sturdy, well-made, and multi-functional piece of equipment to add to your garage gym, then this is an excellent option. It was easy to assemble, but if you have someone to help you out it will be easier. I have a 9-year-old and a 10-year-old that helped me put it together without any problems. The unit itself doesn’t take up a ton of real estate in my already crammed garage. It is slimmer than a full-size power rack, but you are still able to do everything you need to with it. There’s a built-in pull up bar and built-in band anchors which open up your workout options. There’s also plate storage incorporated into the frame which also saves a ton of space. My whole family uses it, and it seems very sturdy whether my boys are climbing around on it or if my husband is doing pull-ups. It’s very easy to go from one exercise to the next. I’m extremely happy with the functionality and overall quality of the unit. It feels like it will stand up to regular use and I look forward to it being part of our garage gym for a long time. This power rack is a game changer, you can do so many different exercises and really hone in on your fitness all in the comfort of your own home! It's great quality and for the price, can be beat. I've been working out for years at the gym and have become pretty particular about the equipment I use. Due to the craziness of the pandemic, my workout routine shifted away from the gym and into my basement. Previous to this rack, I had a full-size "residential-use" rack from a competitor that got the job done but took up too much space and was felt less sturdy/solid. Be prepared though, setup take some time. I was able to do it myself, but it took about 2 hours. Instructions were clear and concise, just a lot of bolts and washers. The end result? Worth the time - this rack is SOLID and saves on usable real-estate in the home gym! It is super adjustable making it easy to do squats, bench, curls, rows, etc.. At 200lbs, I can do pull-ups on it and not feel like I am going to pull the thing to the ground! It is a nice touch to have racks for my plates (4x45, 2x35, 2x25, 2x10, 2x5). 5 stars and HIGHLY recommend! -I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion
