Good, entry-level treadmill. Doesn’t feel very sturdy, especially when running. So, maybe better for walking. It squeaks a lot, so not too quiet. As a result, I did wind up purchasing the warranty service through Pro-Form. The iFit program is good. The speed and incline buttons are in kind of a weird spot on the main console, which is challenging when doing a manual HIIT workout. If you’re just ever going up or down a notch or two on either, the +|- buttons are much easier to reach. Lastly, I know it seems expensive; but, my husband, who assembled this thing says it is well worth the extra $$ to pay for Geek Squad assembly and installation. (It took him hours to put this thing together!)

We chose Proform Carbon T10 after some research on treadmills for beginners and found it is a very steady machine at a competitive price. It delivered on time and took one person about 2 hours to set it up (need another person to help to assemble the console towards the end). The 10' monitor is nice, works well with ifit which has a lot of exercises videos. Wish the monitor could link to internet such as youtube. The treadmill can be used without iFit too. For the past month, we have been walking and jogging on this treadmill. Easy to use. We turn it off at the end of the day. It takes some time to turn it on (around 2-3 minutes), but we get used to it.

I bought this model because it was the only one available from Best Buy at the time. I really wanted one with a larger screen. I did not think I would use the Ifit, but now I love it. I have a large screen tv mounted in front of it, but I can't figure out how to use the ifit on the big screen yet. Having trouble keeping the belt centered. Adjusted twice now. Also the touchscreen is not very responsive. Have to touch several times to get it to work. Monitor needs to be movable. Angle is wrong for shorter people. Also, needs a water bottle holder. Instructions are to turn off and unplug after use. The problem is that when you turn it back on, it takes several minutes to boot back up. Took me 2 hours to put it together. Instructions are a bit vague, so I had to study it for a bit.

Great, not too hard to assemble! Allowing for great exercise while staying indoors. Screen is nice and even has preset workouts, fan, speakers, incline, heart rate monitor and calories burnt!

Easy on our knees. Haven’t hooked up the iFit yet. It would be nice if you could watch Netflix or something on the screen seeing it’s so big. But no complaints on the machine.

We're enjoying the large touch screen and included ifit subscription. There were a few hiccups during assembly, but everything needed was in the box. Two adults and two teenagers were able to assemble it in a few hours. Best of all, after waiting for another treadmill to deliver from a different retailer for a month, and being told that it might have been lost(!), we were very happy to be able to order this online and pick it up from the warehouse the same day, and even have it assembled the same evening. The treadmill is powerful enough to handle running and walking pretty well. Overall we are happy with the purchase.

Love this treadmill! It was a little difficult to assemble but totally doable - my water bottle wobbles a little when I run in the holder which could mean I need to tight a bolt somewhere but I love the programs and the treadmill! The touch screen is a littke annoying sometimes but once you get used to it it’s fine

Excellent treadmill. Works fantastic but ProForm is refusing to respond to multiple online service tickets they let you submit once you register it for warranty. The issue is just a missing plastic arm cover that wasn't in the box.

The treadmill itself works fine and does the things it advertises. There's simple features I wish they had but I knew what I was buying. My issues are with pro-form itself. The box came without the installation kit. So my scheduled delivery was pushed back over a week while we waited for Icon to send it over on the slowest truck possible. Then, it arrives, but without the iFit code... So another call. Also, they started the warranty date from the date of purchase, not the date of (ultimate) installation - which is just cheap penny pinching that costs me 10% of the factory warranty. Cheap. Also, they broke my old treadmill by giving me bad advice, so that's not cool either. Go with another company. Not Icon.

The treadmill would be a 5 star except the tablet it comes with is a bit on the sucky side. It doesn't stay connected to the internet and often times, shuts down mid-work out. From what I can tell, there is no way to even operate the treadmill sans tablet.

Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry your tablet isn’t staying connected to the internet as it should. In order for iFit to run properly, we recommend using a 30 MBPS signal. It may also help to check your network to see what other devices may be taking up bandwidth.

We want to make sure your treadmill and iFit are working properly. Contact us directly at: [email protected] where we will be happy to look further into your situation.

    T10 used for walking

I have been using the T10 for a few weeks and find the iFit program fun. That said, I doubt I will pay for it after the free 1 year deal expires. The treadmill is super quiet. I find the 10 inch touch screen is not very sensitive, but it does have a great picture. I often have to press 3 or 4 times in order to select something. The built in fan works OK, but is very loud. The heart rate function does not seem very accurate. In order to use the heart rate measure function one has to hold onto the bar with both hands...when I do that I find myself often hitting my feet on the treadmill cover plate. I use it for walking, so I can't comment on any running aspect. It took my wife and I about 2.5 hours to put it together. Probably longer than it should have. To be honest, getting it out of the shipping box took a lot of time.

I was reluctant to purchase a treadmill online but we really needed one due to Covid and needing exercise. We chose to try to put it together by ourselves and considering I am not a "do-it-yourselfer", I found it easy to follow instructions and do it myself. It is a good quality and easy to use treadmill!

The only reason to buy this treadmill over a sturdier, similarly priced competitor, is iFit and when it works, iFit is great. However, I encourage potential buyers to look online at iFit reviews, as iFit often does not work and when iFit fails you will waste a lot of time troubleshooting to simply load a workout instead of completing the workout: - constant connection issues - workouts will hang loading and then fail - often video quality is poor because of network issues - interface is slow - assume hardware backing interface is low spec - customer service is unresponsive at best IFit may one day be a great service, but the service currently feels beta, and I see posts over a year old complaining about the same problems that I am having. This does not suggest Icon (parent to Proform) is actively fixing their issues. If you buy this treadmill expecting something that “just works” you will be greatly disappointed.

After a lot research we landed up on this treadmill, the BestBuy offered the best price and free home delivery. I was impressed with quality of the product (please don't compare it with peloton on looks :-) if you need that looks go for a Nordic Track) , I am very impressed with the quality of iFit programming too, majority of the trainers are very well qualified and provides with very high quality coaching. Just a note on assembly, two of us took almost 2 hours to assemble. I called iFIT support during iFit setup, got someone on the phone in few minutes and walked me through the setup, very professional and courteous.

Quality machine at great price, it would have been far more if bought at dicks. Dick had it for $1400 just for the treadmill, I paid $1214 and this was the price shipped and with a 5 year warranty.
