Broke after two months, been waiting two months for part but been lied to and told so many things i dont have clue if my part is even started process of coming into the country let alone if it will ever arrive to me. They say they cant refund me because i bought through Best Buy. Best Buy is taking no responsibility either despite fact i bought though them as a reputable company.

Reviewing the experience not the product. It was delivered without parts. Geek Squad had to call manufacturer to order them, now waiting for a new installation appt. Very frustrating.

This is the worst purchase I have ever made. It was so overpriced but the product is so cheap and unstable. I wish I could return this item.

My thoughts so far...

I recently opted out of a gym membership to do work-outs at home, and so far I'm enjoying this treadmill. I've been able to go on a few runs so far without any issues. After a few uses here are some pros and cons I have noticed...
Pros:
- Great aesthetics. This is a pretty nice looking treadmill.
- Operates great so far, and isn't too loud. As long as it is assembled properly there won't be any creaking or shaking.
- The User Interface is fairly simple to use.
- Manual mode is fairly simple to access.
Cons:
- The Software is running an older version of Android and as such is a bit slow. Don't expect the user interface to be as advanced as newer smartphone.
- Assembly is a bit daunting. I would highly recommend having more than one person available to help. Especially if you need to adjust the location of the treadmill.
- Turning on and off takes a little over a minute. This isn't a big concern, but something to keep in mind.
- Text on the screen is fairly small, even for my young eyes.
A lot of these cons are "wants", so I wouldn't necessarily let them deter you from buying this treadmill... but they are definitely things to keep in mind!
