    One day after delivery, I was able to use this treadmill for 5 minutes before the motor shorted out. Now I have to figure out how to get a 225lb assembled treadmill back to Best Buy within the next 10 days. Terrible experience all around.

    Assembly is impossible on your own. Bought it 3 months ago still not able to assemble. Any assembly from anywhere is charging minimum $200 with no guarantee . I wish I could return this.

  • Pass unless repetitive noises don't bother you

    Started squealing at 3 months old. Now at 4 months it is so bad that it's all you hear. I have lubricated the belt, tightened the drive belt, replaced the drive belt. No change. The motor shaft itself squeals like it has bad bearings. This treadmill is garbage

    Bought it, delivery postponed twice they couldnt tell me when i should get it so i cancelled the order and went next door to Academy and bought one same model only cheaper sorry Bestbuy but if you cant get it dont advertise it

    AFTER ONE MONTH AND ONE DAY STOP WORKING AND BEST BUY DO NOT OFFER A REFUND NEITHER A REPAIR, VERY UNFAIR, BECAUSE THIS A CLEAR MANUFACTURE DEFECT.

    Great treadmill. Easy to use. The only thing that’s odd is it doesn’t fold all the way up. It folds up at an angle. I’d still consider it a space saver though.
