    Worst Treadmill and worst experience

    I ordered this treadmill and spend around 2 hours on assembling it and turn out that the treadmill does’t work. I had to hold the start button and then the screen says “HELLO” and thats all the treadmill does. It doesn’t work at all. I then had to call customer service for an exchange and they gave me a new carbon TL. I spend 2 hours on assembling and then the second one came out to be the same. Doesn’t work at all. I called the customer service again and they told me that they will send someone to look into it(third party contractor). They came and they told me that it cannot be fixed. I have to return it. So with this whole scenario. I spend my time and my money and in return I got nothing.

    Bad buttons... doesn't work

    I know maybe this is one in a million, and we've been having problems with all of best buy's treadmills... but this didn't work upon arriving and being assembled. For the tradmill to run, you have to keep the start button pressed. Imagine that! A whole workout pressing the start button...

    I would give 0 stars. After assembling, the treadmill would not even start. All buttons just incline the treadmill and nothing else. After contacting proform's customer support, they told me this was a common issue. Terrible and defective product.

    gift that keeps giving,what you dont want

    Ok decent if you go by the exercise to get a 200 pound box home,looks to be strong enough to hold a heavy person, and 20 preset workouts...where are they??Oh push ANY button a zillion times and one pops up- REALLY?which one? They really are not meant to be accessible- no because if they were they would have a button for them- wouldnt they?BUT NOOOOO you have to hit the button a zillion times then not knowing what you got do it- hey am I wrong? To bypass the Ifit (heaven knows there ARE some who cant afford 50 bucks a month to "exercise" with BUFFY or Biff in their spandex, and just want to walk to keep from not being able to walk due to a bad hip- well you have NO REAL CHOICE on the INCLUDED 20 exercises. So dont think they exist. Oh your gonna buy another brand- guess again- IFIT has all the majors locked up- sad but true.IM 68 bad back and hip and just wanted to do something simple- yeah right- it doesnt exist with this one, and probably 6 other major units go to Ifit.com and see the models.am I peed-YEP, is this sad YEP the idea was "living in the country where my internet access is limited and no sidewalks I can still walk my 5 miles a day- at 68 thats not bad...Well Toots it doesnt work that way, Bought the machine in Louisville (125 miles away) Oh you can take it back- it killed me to unload it it is 200 pounds,And it wasnt the unit I looked at on the showroom- seems the models keep a coming BUT the name remains the same- the one I seen was 20 inch wide deck- this one- 15, and seems shorter,So my rant is this- 20 preset workouts that cannot be gotten to,to BYPASS IFIT you have to do a work around, and the model I got wasnt the one that was on the floor- so no heart monitor- BUT hey for the price you get 1 frre month of Biff and Buff hollering at you to run up a hill...

      We are sorry for any miscommunication you may have received regarding this unit. Our Carbon TL Treadmill features an 18” x 55” Treadmill belt and is not advertised to include preset workouts. There are select free iFIT workouts that are available without a paid membership.
