I only use this treadmill for walking (at least 20 miles per week on an incline). It's great for that, but I don't know how it would be for running. It has automatically recalibrated the incline a few times over the last month, not sure why it keeps doing that. The thing I find strange is that it has no instructions on oiling the belt. The manual says to call customer service if you think the belt needs oiling. I bought this on sale for $100 off, so I'm very pleased with the price. My last treadmill was a higher end treadmill that lasted over 15 years of daily use (with me walking and my husband running). I don't use iFIT and am happy the treadmill works the way I want it to right out of the box.

I used to work for a fitness company I installed many treadmills, the brand being life fitness. I’ve been in many models commercial and residential, that being said, this isn’t a $5000 treadmill so your not going to get the same quality as that, if your looking for a treadmill like the ones at the gym, this isn’t it. I weigh 260 lbs I’m 6,1, it supports me and my wife just fine? There is some track slipping when you walk but when you jog it goes away. This is perfect for my needs the elevation is good the speed is good those of you saying or thinking you need an I fit account to use it you don’t, you just haven’t learned how to bypass it for the first time use, I suggest you YouTube it and once you by pass it the first time you won’t ever have to do it again. Do your research before you pay the unnecessary money to use it.

I plan on only using this treadmill for walking so I believe it's a perfect bang for my buck! It's good quality but in my honest opinion I wouldn't recommend running.. treadmill has incline but no decline mode. Overall fairly basic setup and easy to use.

This treadmill was exactly what we were looking for! It is sturdy but surprisingly quiet to use. We wanted something that can fit in our rather small apartment, but not sacrifice the quality and durability. This is exactly that! Installation took us awhile as the instructions were vague, but have not had a problem with it since. The delivery was seamless and easy, so glad we went with Best Buy.

I have had it a few weeks and my daughter and I use it regularly. It has been good so far. It has made a thump sound a few times from under the frame but I got the 5 year geek squad protection on it so that makes me feel better. It is the perfect size and I really do love it. It took my friend about an hour and a half to put together. The box is super heavy. 200 pounds. I would recommend it.

Good product. The belt was not centered and towards the motor side in the front. The back side could be adjusted but the front was not centered and so it is little weird while walking/running. The cover on the front came in broken but they quickly sent replacement.

Don’t believe the bad reviews. It’s not junk. It’s not garbage. It’s not going to arrive dead. I don’t know what store all of those claims on the internet are from, but obviously not bestbuy, where you’d be able to return it. That said, it’s not perfect. Here’s a true review from someone who has ran regularly on a gym treadmill for about 13 years. It’s strong, solid and sturdy. It looks nice. It works. Incline is to more like 40 degrees not 10. It is not fast enough for real running, because my son who competed in track events runs faster than 12 MPH, this only goes to 10. Also, I am 5’ 11” 210lbs and on some steps, the tread goes backwards due to my weight, especially at 7MPH, which could lead to injury in some people. Another issue is the handle bars are short. Having full parallel bars like the gym would’ve been better. Another issue is the speed settings. It has buttons in 1 MPH increments. Which is fine. Except if you start at 3 or 6 MPH, it goes straight to the chosen speed. Unlike gym treadmills which increase to that speed gradually. I got this because of the size. Anything that solves all these problems is too big. For the price, this is a great deal. But be warned, you may get dinged for $39 to unlock the treadmill once setup. Because it will not work, until you activate it with iFit. I got hit with a $39 fee. But, supposedly, you can activate it by creating an account for free (credit card required) and then cancelling after activation. Even so, for $39 more, it is still a great deal. Lastly, you need a treadmill mat, to keep noise down. And location matters for noise. It’s best in a corner or on a solid floor. Because you’re not in a gym, the floors are not concrete in most homes.

I purchased this treadmill in April 2024, and by December 2024—with only 90 miles on it—it started having serious issues. Despite regular maintenance, including lubrication and dusting, it randomly slows to a stop mid-workout with no warning. The screen continues displaying as if the workout is still in progress, but the belt just stops. Dealing with iFIT customer service has been an absolute nightmare. The process to even speak with a representative was exhausting. When I finally got help, they sent a technician with a 2.4-star rating in my area, and I quickly understood why. The issue was misdiagnosed, communication was terrible, and delays dragged the process out. Even after hours on the phone with iFIT, I still have a treadmill that doesn’t work. I’m still within the warranty period, yet iFIT wants to send the same technician again. Maybe that’s their policy, but at this point, it’s clear their support system is broken. Between dealing with unhelpful techs, limited customer service hours, and having to miss work just to troubleshoot, I’ve had enough. At the end of the day, I have an expensive paperweight. I would never recommend this treadmill—or any iFIT product—to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a company that stands behind its products.

Getting it downstairs was a bit of an issue but after that, everything was easy, being using it for over a month now without an issue, it helps a lot since its colder outside

Great mid-range price treadmill. Fold up option is handy, but I use the machine daily, so I never fold it up. Only drawback is that an aux cord is needed to connect my phone or tablet to the speakers.

Nice treadmill. When I first bought it I couldn’t use it the band felt like I was slipping on it. Called the manufacturer and they got it fixed for me at no extra cost. Love my new treadmill it’s nice .

Really solid treadmill! Just like some other reviews mention, it is a bit narrow, but not horrible! I’m 6’2 and I fit plenty fine on the treadmill! The one thing I will say, if you have the extra money to pay for professional installation, definitely do it! I put it together by myself and it was a bit challenging!

Love love love my treadmill. It did take my husband and i to put it together less than 30 mins. I have used it every day with no issues. Easy to activate and turn on. Just follow the directions.

Received my treadmill about a month ago.cross bar is to small I showed the factory on screen they sent me the same one again.Went over it with them again on screen and it is going on another week and they are clueless it seams.Very poor service.They have been in business for years you would never know it.

So far it has been great! It was very easy to self install! Runs really smooth and is silent!
