It is nice addition to have. I have the proform Carbon EL elliptical and it works wonders for it in my apartment. as it protects my floor.

Purchased the Pro-Form Carbon HIIT H7 through Pro-Form itself. The mat was backordered, but Best Buy came through in a pinch. Good quality. Protects my hardwood floors as needed

I bought this mat to place under a treadmill. I was a little worried when I took this mat out of the box, as it didn’t seem particularly thick. However, it gets the job done.
