Good for a child

I purchased this with Intentions of using it for cardio. This rope is lighter than a child’s jump rope. I sweat more trying to get the rope over my head then actually jumping. I guess it’s great for a beginner but you shouldn’t have to work so hard to swing the rope over your head.
