The worst

It was delivered with a defective panel rail...the holes were pre drill half of an inch off making it impossible to assemble. Had to wait 10 days for a new part. Then after 2 weeks of use, the mat started shifting and rubbing against the pulley, which ended up being bent. After providing pro form with the video and pictures, they stopped communication with me.

No handle bars....

Unfortunately the console does not line up well where the handle bars are so I was not able to attach the plastic pieces. Now I have bare metal bars to hold on to. At first, I thought I put in on wrong, but the holes are predrilled and the only spot I could have put them. Not happy and would not buy again.

Cons: My machine was sent to me broke the end of October. It’s now Dec 1st and it’s still broke. This is a cheaply made piece of equipment. Don’t waste your money!

Almost fell a few times, returned it before we hurt ourselves.

Great treadmill for home
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The treadmill has all the bells and whistles including, a touch screen, speakers, power incline, pulse, lots of measurements and the streaming workouts from iFit. I appreciated the free 1 year membership but not having to put in my credit card to get it up and going. Over all it is sturdy and wasn't all that difficult to put together.

IFit has the worst Customer Service

We recently purchased a treadmill for my Mother and the iFit service is disappointing. She attempted with the help of Geek Squad to sign up for an account using our free year. She was Not able to login and unable to retrieve her password successfully. She also never received a confirmation email after registering. I then signed up for an account and entered the same activation code, the program then asked me for a CC Number. I entered a CC number and it showed I wouldn’t be charged until 12/2020; MY CARD WAS BILLED IMMEDIATELY. We are owed the free year that was included with our treadmill purchase. I am very disappointed with iFit. Finding a phone number or email on your website is difficult, the erroneous billing is unacceptable and at this point I couldn’t be less satisfied. No one answers the phone at iFit customer service! Buyer beware.
