And it is big and sturdy one of the big reason i bought it. I do not like the small cheap looking foldable treadmill so I settle dor this. Same size like the commercial one's but you can fold if needed. I cannot speak about the ifit yet since i have only been using manual workout since it we set it up. Touch screen do not respond quick but no big deal for me.

I absolutely love this machine. Although it was bigger than I thought, it's sturdy and easy to use. I mainly use it for manual workout instead of built in programs while I watch something on Youtube. I honestly think this was the best decision I made and it's especially useful in times like this when I can't go outside. Definitely would recommend!

This treadmill was at a great price and I ordered it. Wife and myself were excited. It was delivered on time. Treadmill was well built, solid, and assembly was going well until I had to install the electrical control panel. It did not fit! It was for a different model (smaller). Contacted BestBuy and was informed to contact manufacturer since BestBuy does not carry extra electrical panels. So, I did. Proform folks were responsive thru email but not helpful at all to resolve the issue. Even after emailing pictures showing it was the incorrect panel........customer support replied they will send one of the posts because it looked a little bent? I could not understand the logic. I only had 15 days to return it. I let Proform know that their product will be returned but did not reply after that. So, they did not care. Worst part was that BestBuy could not send a replacement because the units were sold out. Treadmill was returned and BestBuy was excellent thru the whole process. I don't understand why Proform places a letter not to return the item to the store and to contact them to resolve the issue. If they can't even honor what they advertise, what good are they overall? Now looking to buy a treadmill from a different manufacturer. BestBuy was excellent thru the whole process and the one star is for Proform.

Terrible reliability. We haven’t had it but 8 months and it’s already broken. Belt slides off. Customer service just sends you a replacement and expects you to install and it is not easy, and I consider myself handy. Now spending my weekend trying to repair it. Stay away.

Very Happy

This purchase went well and I am very happy with this treadmill. The assembly was easy- a couple hours and the instructions were simple. The treadmill functions well and is heavy duty. My wife uses the incline for walking conditions and it holds up well during long runs as well as shorter, faster speed work. It comes with one year of ifit- yet is not needed as the manual function works without ifit. The tablet holder is very high and somewhat wobbly but the tablet sits well on a small towel above the incline/speed functions. All in all- very happy and would buy again

This is my new happy place. I’ve only had it for a few weeks and I’ve worked out all over the world with the iFit program. This treadmill beats anything I’ve ever used at a gym, so I can ditch those memberships now. Love the Bluetooth, fan, decline, and wide belt.

Solid Machine, but False Advertising. READ THIS

This machine is solid. The screen is a bit small for it's intended purpose, watching/following along with training videos on iFit. I wish they had a HDMI out to connect to a TV in my workout room. What really has me upset is the machine advertises 50 Onboard Workouts. This is literally taken directly from their website:
"Step on and Get Moving Right Away
When you step on the deck of a ProForm treadmill, you get instant access to professional training programs fully loaded and ready to go. Enjoy challenging workouts focusing in on your goals. The SMART Pro 2000 features Incline, Calorie Burn, High Intensity, Speed, and Mixed workouts. Just press “Start” and you’re off. "
NOT TRUE. Press "Start" and you are in Manual Mode. There is no screen with any of these options. So, basically, if you do not subscribe to their iFit app for $39.99/mo, what you have is a very large dumb treadmill only capable of manual operation... i.e. Press 6 mph and 6 incline and that is only what it can do.
Like many, many companies today, live customer service support for iFit is almost non-existent. Hold times are minimum 30 minutes, with recordings asking you to go to their website for "Support" while waiting on hold for support. When I got thru, the agent was noticeably upset, impatient with me right off the bat. She told me where these "50" onboard workouts could be found, "In the library, near the bottom". When I got to my machine...nothing. Only iFit videos.
I buy alot of stuff. ALOT. I'd have to say this "large item" purchase has been my worst experience in about 10 years.
I will gladly be updating this review if I discover I am wrong, which I hope I am....

I bought this treadmill a little bit afraid about some reviews regarding ”manual mode”. So, the first thing I did after turning it on was test the manual mode and it worked perfectly. Honestly, exceeded my expectations and I really recommend it. I'm still testing iFit and seems to be a great feature. The Bluetooth works fine and the speakers sound good to me. Definitely, it's a good product.

Heavy and a bit of a pain to assemble. But it's great. It can support my weight and stride and seems durable. It's easy to put into vertical mode for cleaning around. The only negative is that it takes a while to startup because of iFit (would rather it just turn on quickly to manual mode).

Have loved this treadmill. I’ve been trying out the iFit videos too and have really enjoyed how they push you outside of your normal workout routine. A feature I liked a lot when looking for a treadmill was the ability for a negative as well as positive incline.

Amazing treadmill so far. Wide and long running space and motor seems really strong as well as sturdy incline/decline. The ifit membership is also pretty cool and motivating so far. Everybody enjoys it in the family. Great buy!!!!

hate that you can’t just jump get on and get started. You’ve got to wait forever for the programs to load, touch screen is not responsive; after you finish a workout you can’t easily or quickly switch to another workout, can’t get the Bluetooth to connect, never heard back from customer services, the screen is glitchy, the “tilt” for the screen doesn’t work and the iFit subscription sucks. The belt is good length and the 15% incline is nice. The whole display board is just an awkward setup. The built in fan would be nice if you could tilt it in a different direction instead of just fanning your abdomen.
It’s a good brand just a crappy model. Should have went with the a different model.

I love the iFit function of this machine. It helps to keep you interested and motivated. The machine was not hard to put together. I did watch a YouTube video of a similar machine that really helped with installation. I did not give it 5 stars because the tread is thin so it can be a bit noisy and the only way I've found to turn the machine off is from the main power switch. I would love if it went to sleep after so long or the power source was in a more convenient location. But other than those few things this is a great machine.

I usually don’t read many reviews because of people over hyping the product or saying the product is the worst because they couldn’t build it. So I hope this review works for you, it was easy to install, took me 2 hours to do it. It was mostly done by myself except when the side bars to hold the console needed to be put up. That requires assistance from someone. After that the treadmill is plug in and play. The ifit feature is great because you feel like your running with someone else. It runs smoothly and the best part is the nice running belt. It’s spacious and it’s great at absorbing the impact when you run. Spend the extra money for something that will keep you motivated to continue running. Remember it’s not just a single run, it’s a life style change into becoming a healthier you.

We got this recently and are really pleased with it so far. It took about 2 hours and 45 mins for us to put it together. It can mostly be put together by one person, but there are times you for sure need two people. Best Buy delivery went smoothly. The guys brought it into our apartment. Noise level on it is medium. We live on the first level and think it's appropriate. I don't see running on it at normal hours causing a nuisance at all to the upstairs neighbors. Walking on it is pretty quiet. I'm 5'4"/135lbs and my fiance is 6'2"/235lbs. It makes more noise when he runs on it (for obvious reasons). However, the machine is sturdy and not small. Anything smaller though would be too dainty for his size. I actually would not recommend anything smaller than this for his height/weight if the person wishes to run on it. In other words, don't do below a 22" inch width and a 60" length band. It's actually fancier than we wanted/needed.
The Ifit thing seems okay. We did get the best buy warranty on it as well for peace of mind. I have always had a good experience with geek squad and don't foresee that being an issue. Overall, I recommend this treadmill if you are looking for something close to gym quality at a decent price. Our gym memberships were $750 per year. This will pay for itself in a year and a half---worth it if this is usually what you use at the gym. Also, a solid choice to use during a pandemic when gyms aren't safe and winter is around the corner!

We needed to replace an older treadmill and my wife researched various makes and models. We decided on the Pro Form and are very pleased with this treadmill. We did experience a little trouble with assembly, but Pro Form sent a replacement part and it’s running fantastic. Excellent order and delivery through Best Buy.

Treadmill sturdy and went together relatively easy. You will need a second set of hands. 2 hours with taking our time. We are having some issues with bluetooth connections, as others have mentioned. The hope is this will just be part of the learning curve of operating treadmill, to get most out of what it has too offer. Which appears to be substantial for the price. Happy so far, will update.
