    Nice screen and great size overall. Unfortunately, the resistance doesn't work well. I can't tell any difference between levels 6 and 12, and only a little more resistance after that. For this reason, the iFIT classes aren't as effective. I have other proform equipment that's super. I may try contacting total techsupport to see if they can help with some adjustments; if it's just a matter of fixing something that's causing problems with the resistance, I'm sure I'll love it.

      We are glad that you are enjoying the screen and size of your new ProForm bike, although we are sorry that the resistance doesn’t seem to be changing like it should. As the resistance gradually increases, you should notice a difference between each resistance level.

    This is nice recumbent bike. Instructions were spot on putting it together. Few of the screws were out of order however it wasn't very hard to figure out. Over all I like it and I know my wife will too.

    This bike had a defective frame out of the box, and pre-assembled parts were incorrectly installed. Customer service from the manufacturer sent the wrong replacement parts, and the pedals do not work and they are instrcuting me to do maintenance on a brand new bike. Avoid Proform
