Brand new and everytime since opening the box it says it needs and update but it crashes and fails everytime.

Proform is by far the worst company I have ever bought. Wether it is their rower, treadmill, or bike. They are the worst. Their customer service suprisingly is worst than their products. This rower requires an update, no matter how many time you download it it fails. Exchanged for another one which had the same problem. If you call their custome service be prepaired to hold for 3-4 hours! Best buy should stop selling this horrible companies products. I had a treadmill from them which broke in a year and they wanted me to buy another one. Truly horrible! Avoid at all costs. There is multiple class action suits against this crappy company!

ProForm (iFit) has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. This rower is a lemon and has been repaired 6 times in 6 months (under warranty) and is still broken. They won't replace it. Stay away from Fit ( Nordic Track and ProForm) products. Manufacturer is worthless. Trying to get Best Buy to help pressure them.

Pretty similar to most reviews I read before I purchased. Well built, solid machine. Only complaint, albeit very minor, is the handle cradle sits just above the foot cradles. I also had a very difficult time getting the product to update. Upon further investigation, it is apparently a significant issue with any of their units, whether it be treadmills, elliptical etc. I’ve also heard of even more significant issues involving consoles. Attempts to replace them are time consuming due to availability. The reason I don’t give it a worse rating. Is because I feel like it is a very capable unit for the price. For Proform and iFits sake, I hope they get things resolved because the issues are certainly going to make an impact on sales. Same with this review. Don’t want to throw them under the bus but, is what it is. My initial call to Support told me my router needed to be closer, Turns out that had nothing to do with it. I was able to get mine to update by finding an obscure fix someone posted on Reddit. It involved tapping on the screen multiple times and eventually getting in to the under lying Android base, and Administrator settings. Works great now.

Excellent rowing machine! Super easy to use, although there is a bit of a learning curve if you’ve never rowed before. Display moniter is clear and has a great display. You don't really need an iFit membership if you're a new rower since there are maybe 7 free guided workouts as well as the basic track display.

Very good quality and easy to use. Good for Daily exercises.

No dislike at all. The machine has been great since day one. The ifit program is a muat foe those who are not motivated by there own means. The trainers are great and the levels of workout are really good. A must have for low impact fitness all year long.

Even though this was an “open box” order, the rower was in perfect condition and we are enjoying using it every day.

When I tried to set up iFit on this rower, it kept telling me it needed to upgrade. It proceeded to download the upgrade over and over again, then just give me a message that something went wrong. I submitted a support request, case 21677404, on Jan 21st and NEVER heard a single thing back. No response, no way check the status on the request on their website. Luckily, people on Reddit have the same issues and told me how to fix my problem.

Great Machine! I love that I can get a good workout done quickly.

I dislike the cost of the training programs on the machine so I don’t use it. I just do manual workouts with u-tube videos. Works great. No internet needed for the manual setting.

Great product to have at home. Easy to use and very convenient.

Rower was delivered on Jan 14, 2023, but console was dead on arrival (DOA). After a little bit and forth with multiple customer representatives, they agreed to send me a new console. I’ve been waiting well over a month for the replacement console. I can’t really offer any feedback on the performance of the rower since I’ve been unable to use it.

Husband put together pretty easily. Just needed help with me holding the monitor while he mounted it. Went together in less than an hour.

This was a really simple and quick build and it is really useful and does a great job for the tasks it provides and I would highly recommend.

Pretty easy to put together, works great. Not had a problem with it and have had it for almost 2 months.

Everything went well the delivery once we got it delivered went well. When I called in things went well. We were given a gift card which we haven't gotten it yet but im sure we will.
