    Issues with resistance

The bike is great and I like ifit; however, since this bike does not have incline/decline features like the Nordic track bikes, your resistance will be off for your rides. It will not match what the trainer does unless you do a ride without incline or decline. It is extremely frustrating, as the trainer will change your resistance but it will be the opposite of what it should be(resistance will go down when going uphill and up when going downhill). This needs to be fixed-I have called ifit and they have tried different updates etc. they say they are working on the issue but it’s been many months since this issue has been reported and they have no solution! If you want an accurate workout with ifit, get a Nordic track bike! This is not a Best Buy issue but a proform/ifit issue.

The quality of the bike is excellent and the ifit computer program is very engaging. I just started the program and the instructors are motivating and the scenery on the rides are wonderful. I highhly recommend th bike! The only issue I had, was I ordered at Thanksgiving and did not receive the product till January. I had several delivery appointment schedule, where I had to take a day out of work, only to get a call that the item was not in and there was no estimated arrival date. This happened on three occasions. My local store couldn't help, the 888 number couldn't help and said it was a cooperate issue. I was not very happy!

The quality, technology and ease of use makes this a wonderful exercise experience. I am in my 50’s and overweight. There were exercise routines that challenged me but not beyond my pathetic ability. The bike and training programs have capabilities that will challenge even the most avid athlete. I have used this 6 days a week since I purchased this. I have everything I want from a gym in my own home without breaking the bank.

You are welcome to add a cushioned cover for it or you can replace the seat for one that you find more comfortable. We look forward to you enjoying rides on your machine.

I don't write reviews, but thought I would on this since I took a gamble on even though many reviews weren't that great. So I thought I would share some feedback as I have been impressed so far. First of all, the Best Buy process was seamless with pickup at a nearby warehouse, that was a first. As to the bike, it's excellent for the price. My expectations were set for a connected bike between $900-1000, not a $2500 bike. As such, I did not expect the Ferrari when I was only willing to buy the Honda. My expectations were exceed. It wasn't difficult to put together and the quality of build was better than expected. My only hesitation was the 10 in screen, as all the higher end bikes are at 20 in plus and I thought that would disappoint. It didn't and I actually wonder if the larger screen would be too much sitting so close on the bike. The 10 in screen works well and is good quality. Several other points in older reviews seemed to have been improved, electrical connectors lock together, the handlebars have grip on them and the seat is a normal bike seat. If you haven't been riding, any seat is an adjustment. The first workout was excellent and the rest of the family has used it as well. iFit seems great so far and I am excited to continue working out on this. If my assessment changes over the next month of use, I will update, but so far this is better than I expected for the price. To be cleat, it doesn't have bluetooth for audio, but I am testing transmitters. It was worth the gamble given the reviews, it was available immediately and its meets what I wanted for the price I was willing to spend.

Nice bike. Seat too hard. Have ordered a replacement one. Geek squad assembled it and it had 2 right sided hand weight holders -no left sided one. Assemblers said they would order part and be back to put on. Have not heard from them since. Tried to call local store where I purchased it but after waiting on hold for greater than 30 min X2, I gave up. Hopefully someone reading this will take care of my issue.

This bike is not worth your investment. Save yourself the frustration of a system that will rarely connect, unable to reset, and remains stuck on a retry blank screen! I hate that I purchased this unusable equipment. The idiot software and tablet lacks quality, usability, functionality, etc. again it is no worth the investment

I'm really trying hard to like this bike but I'm not overly impressed. The touch screen on this bike is terrible. A 5 yr old Amazon tablet has better touch capabilities than this screen. I'm also really disappointed in the sync between this bike and iFit. iFit was obviously designed for Nordictrack and not this bike. It doesn't appear they've made any changes to accommodate this line of bikes. As a result if your doing a ride and it involves uphill or downhill the resistance level is opposite of what it is on this bike. ie an up hill ride has a lower resistance than a down hill ride. This should be super easy to address with software so there's no excuse for this. I'm also disappointed in what they call a beginner rides. I'm a total beginner at spin bikes and they really don't have classes aimed at beginners. I could barely do anything labelled beginner from start to finish. It's been a month and I still can only do one here and there. It would be nice if I could find a series of beginner rides meant for me to help get me where I need to be. If you want an open ride out and select beginner and intensity level of 1 you usually get recovery rides. The resistance of the one I tried tonight started at 12 and went up to 19. I don't consider that a beginner ride. Why have resistance levels of 1 to 22 if all the classes start at 12? I bought this bike because of the fact that the bike adjusts itself. Because iFit is so integrated in this bike and a Proform is like the ugly step child I'm really not sure I can recommend this bike to anyone. I'd suggest you spend the extra money and go with a Nordictrack or buy a different bike.

Love this bike! Easy to setup. Fun rides and great trainers make working out easier than ever, right in your own home. I hope on and next thing I know, we are entering the cool down. Great value. It is a great value. On top of that, I had it delivered and it was possibly the best delivery experience I have ever had. Showed up right at the start of the delivery window. They were in and out of the house in a matter of minutes and I felt very safe with the COVID protocols taken by the team.
