Motor or circuit board broke after one year. Only used it 5 times. Warranty company refused to fix it. Instead they gave me a store credit for what i paid for. I lost the money i paid for the warranty. The company saves money by not having to repair it.

Owned for about month so far and really liking it. Pros: - Easy setup - Not as heavy as others - Small foot print - iFit software and blue tooth control; surprisingly impressed with the workouts and its functionality! Cons: Not a lot here just make sure you don't expect an iPad holder as the picture is shown. Manufacture need to put an asterisk some where... Overall: I would say this a good treadmill for the price, don't' expect the quality of what you're use to at your fitness club, but this good with some extras (iFit) other than basic. The only question is the durability and support...we'll see when that time comes.

Two hours to put together not too bad but that’s what I read online to a lot of parts but overall the treadmill is a good machine

Though a little tedious in assembly, my son and I were able to get this put together from the instruction manual. I've been walking on it ever since. It made the perfect Christmas gift for my husband (& me).

Great treadmill it says you have to active it but if you hold down the ifit symbol for 15 20 second you can by pass the activation without paying I just YouTube it always a way to by pass it’s great piece got it for the wife for Xmas highly recommend

Amazing treadmill, great quality, you get what you pay for! it is EXTREMELY heavy and hard to put together, you will need at least 2 people to put together and more than that to lift it! Otherwise, great piece of machinery!

Took 2 people to put together about 2hours it was pretty straight forward and runs great all good

I really love this treadmill. I received it for a Christmas gift and have been using it almost everyday without any problems. My husband and I put it together fairly easy.

Everything about my treadmill was seamless. From order to delivery, 5 Stars. But that’s where it ended. There was no email address to ask questions. There was no phone line either. The website for both BestBuy and ProForm were useless.

Love this treadmill.. it runs smooth, the fan is a plus. Only negative is the assemble time. It took my husband about 3 hrs to put ir together.

Difficult to assemble, as most of the holes were too small for the bolts/screws. No program option for basic manual mode. Had to sign up for IFit to start. Simply holding down the button for a number of seconds doesn't work. No where to put phone or tablet that doesn't block the display.

Nothing fancy but does what i need in my at home gym.

Been using this daily for walking and it works fine for what I wanted in a treadmill. The tablet holder covers up part of lthe information screen which is a little inconvenient since I have to watch imy BP but I get widely varing readings so I don't rely on that feature. It is great for the walking l do.

Just what I was looking for. Runs great, just putting it together was tough.

I would have given 5 stars, but the directions were not the best. I also had to drill 4 holes that were too small for the screws. Other than that, the treadmill is quiet and is comfortable to walk on.
