This thing is terrible, i read multiple reviews about the reception being bad but i figured maybe people were just pushing it too far..I i couldn't even go to my main level without the camera cutting out. And i only have 10 steps to my upper level, not like its a huge space. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Not a chance in you know where you could use the little monitor outside.

My wife and I bought this to replace our samsung when we had another kid. We wanted a better camera for dual viewing, wanted longer battery life, and wanted to have sound monitoring from both rooms while in dual mode. This was supposed to be a better camera and we were willing to pay for it. We ended up returning it. After initially having a camera that wouldn't pair, and spending 45 minutes on the phone with tech support we waited almost 2 weeks to get a replacement. We ended up having issues with that camera as well. What works? Battery life is great, the size of the screen is great, and the images were good. What didn't? It's not a touch screen and fumbling to get it to wake up from sleep mode at night was a pain. It was very slow to "wake up" from sleep mode. The cameras had on again off again signal issues despite being less than 50 feet away from the cameras. The menu and buttons are clunky (needs to be a touchscreen!) and was not easy to use when your brain isn't functioning at 3am on little sleep. The little arm band gadget (and I like gadgets) is basically a paperweight. I wanted this to be the camera, but it just wasn't.

When I first saw the camera and that it came with 2 monitors. The set up was very easy. but after using it and walking to the kitchen or around the house both monitors would lose connection to the camera. the monitors also lag a bit when trying to move it. i decided i am returning the camera because for 300, i should be able to walk to my kitchen and around the house without losing connection to the camera.
