Ive been looking for a chair for my grandmother that would work with her hoyerlift. Having gone through 2 chairs from Bobs Furniture they ended up being too wide to push the hoyer lift all the way back to properly sit her in the recliner. This one is perfect along with it having the ability to assist her with standing up. It is a tad bit narrow but met all of our must haves for a supportive recliner for her. It leans back far enough for a good afternoon snooze on the chair too.
