AppleCare is the best. I wouldn't buy an apple product without it. They have great customer service and you never know when you will need to protect your purchase.

This sure beats the 1 year warranty Apple usually gives you. A full 3 years of not having to worry about my mac. Any issues? Just bring it right back

I have used the service a couple of times and they are very helpful. Depending on the time and day of the week the hold times can be long.

I learned my lesson after my iMac's hard drive went bad. I did not have Applecare, and so I had to buy a new iMac which I don't regret. After all, the old iMac was over 8 years old, but I loved it and treated it like new. If I had Applecare protection, they would have replaced my old iMac for a new one! So, like I said, I learned my lesson big time. I now don't have to worry about that since I have protection and it is worth every penny!!!

This apple protection plan is completely worth the investment. Any questions that you have on your iMac they will assist you with! Also, if anything goes wrong with the Mac in the next few years, they take care of the issue!

Have had many Apple products over the years and most have not given me any problems but some have..Apple care extends your warranty period and it can help avoid costly repairs.Include it in the price of your computer you wont be sorry ...I had an imac that the hard drive failed after a couple of years,they replaced it no charge and got me back up to speed

Having had iPhones that die 1 month past warranty and a Mac Book Air the started smoking after it was about 1 year old I think getting an extended warranty might be a good idea for this Mac product. I hope I never have to use it but if I do I like the convenience of bringing it back to Best Buy instead a traveling to an Apple Store.

Seriously, why wouldn't you get AppleCare? Unlike a typical computer where you can unscrew the back and replace a bad hard drive or video card, you cannot do that with an iMac. You can open it up if you know what you're doing, but it's not easy. So seriously, get AppleCare. 3 years of coverage. No brainer.

I have found that Apple Care is very helpful in supporting the customers that purchase their products. I also feel safe knowing that if I have a problem with my computer that it will be taken care of. I have always had good luck with Apple products in the past and I believe that this purchase will be the same.

Originally bought the AppleCare with my iMac but had to return because of a mixup. Decided to only repurchase after the first year because the iMac automatically came with 1 year protection. The 3 year protection is worth it for the cost and you can replace the mouse, keyboard and wires when they wear out.

Mac costs a little more but the quality you receive and longevity of the product are great as most know. However, small things happen with keyboard, mouse, cord, startup connect that happen as with any electrical or digital product. Geek Squad and Apple Protection are excellent buy for the money!

. . . but I do with iMAC's. I bought one with my last one and utilized it 2-3 times (paid for itself many times over). I know that it may not translate into savings on this new iMAC, but I'm willing to take that small gamble. I did not buy APPLE CARE with any of my ipads or man notebooks.

AppleCare for desktops is relatively inexpensive, which might make it tempting, but it’s still not really worth it if you figure that you’ll probably plop your computer down in one place and keep it there for a while. But due to the price of macs its a good idea to have an "insurance" policy

I purchase this product as a gift for my nieces and trust me when I tell you it was nerve racking. I wanted to give them a reliable product but without worries of having to replace it within a couple of months. A must purchase when spending this kind of money on a Apple product.

This is the first time I purchased apple care for my apple product, practically because of the price level of the iMac. I've contacted apple several times for my watch and powerboats and they perform beyond expectation so this 3 year apple care protection is a no brainer for me.
