I purchased this case from the Best Buy eBay store and the plastic outer piece arrived cracked at the headphone port. I'm not surprised considering how thin and brittle the plastic appears to be specifically in that spot. If you drop your phone in this case, I'm sure the plastic will explode into several pieces. For $20, this is a complete ripoff (was $29.99!). Being the only option on the entire internet for this phone, I had no option to buy this case. Still waiting for Best Buy to respond to my email. I don't even want a refund, just an unbroken case. Pretty disappointed in Blu. Great phone quality, terrible cases.

This case fits really well. Feels sturdy but not bulky

Bought for my daughter's phone while at Best Buy as the phone needed protection from day one. Designed exactly for the BLU Vivo XI and fit nice and tight. Great quality and decently priced. Would purchase again.

This case is nice, it's been durable thus far, and it's the only case available for this phone model. I think it's pretty expensive but it was needed since I drop my phone a lot .

Just picked it up and installed. Looks nice and back cover is transparent. Got this one when price drop. Feels durable. I'm so happy with this purchase.

I liked the way it fit my phone and it has a slim design but the outer fitting broke in less then a month and phone was being handled carefully.

This is a good case considering it's the only one I can find for this phone. It is a finger print magnet , but over all a good case

This was the only case I could find for my daughters phone. It held up well to small drops. It disturb yellow after having it for about three months. We are a smoke free home so that wasn't the cause of the discoloration.

Fits the Blu good and hasn’t broken, so that is a plus.

Case is made well and comes with glass screen protector, has great protection for your phone. Well worth a try and protect your expensive phone
