It was hard to set the trim to get to fly straight. Fun toy.

This was mainly purchased as a toy and to gain some experience before trying any of the more expensive drones. It's a lot of fun, just you need use it in a "no wind" situation. We first tried it on a windy day and ended up in the woods near our house each time.

This Protocol Drone was a great choice for our son's first Drone -- He had it up and running in no time at all and is greatly enjoying it! Can't ait for Spring so he will have better weather to use it. Best Buy was selling it for $100 off retail. Can't beat Best buy.

Camera broke on first run, wouldn't reccomend*****

Flew it 3 times and one if the motors locked up. Protocol said to ship it to them and they would replace it. I shipped it to them and now the won't respond to my emails or return phone calls.

Brought for my Husband as a gift and he absolutely loves it!!!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and so far he loves it. It takes a litte but to get use to flying it but he has crash landed it multiple times and it's taken it very well. Haven't used the camera very much yet so can't review that but I definitely would purchase this product again.

This is the second protocol model I have owned and they are both easy to fly and forgiving...a nice touch for a novice flyer.I am still learning about drones and for me it helps to have less to learn as I get started.

I am going to return this item, I believe this one is defected. I have a friend who has one and he loves his. I just believe this one has an issue from the manufacture. It will not stabilize in flight.

The 2nd time I flew my drone it started to fly away all on it's own

I purchased it for my kids and at the original price of $297 I figured I was getting a product of reasonably high quality. After assembly we flew it 2 times, and during the 2nd flight we noticed that the prop guards were already getting loose and hitting on the props. Also, the battery setup made it extremely hard to install and remove the battery, which made the 7 minute flight time a big problem. Given these issues I returned it for a full refund. I would recommend buying a higher quality unit such as the DJI Phantom which sold for approx. $399.

It is a fun drone but takes a lot of practice. We spent several days learning to fly it. Now the only problem we have is getting the live stream to work. Still haven't figured that out. But a great drone for entry level. Takes patience.

Very low build quality. No trim allowance. I bought 2 of these, first one camera did not function, and a WIFI connect issue. Second one operated as advertised. This truly a TOY.

I got this on sale for a little overy 100 bucks ! Super easy to fly and the fpv is super cool , download the app and go flying .good drone to see if you want to get involved in rc .

First one I purchased was missing the screws to install the landing gear and prop guards. However, once that was taken care of, it is fun to fly. I have not flown it with camera on yet.

Take some time to read the instructions and don't fly on a windy day. This drone is really cool and user friendly. Adults, teens and kids are all enjoying it (weather permitting).
