Sharp Looking Car Drone

Only issue I had within the first week of owning this, the battery (you only get one) would not charge. I contacted Protocol who sent me a new battery and charging cable within a week. Video quality is very good. This car drones is not meant to fly outdoors or in tight spaces. On flat even surfaces, it runs well. Don’t run in on carpeting.

Bad altitude sensor /no returns

The drone is advertised (on the box/in ads) as having an altitude sensor. It doesn't. Our drone continued to climb out of site and drifted lost. Bestbuy refused to honor a return or take responsibility for selling falsely advertised products.

Sucks

Spent the afternoon consulting an upset 7 year old and trying to exchange. Second one charged and hovered for about 8 seconds and flew off. No control hit just took off. Spent the next two hours looking for. Ruined Father's Day
