I felt they could have glorified the characters less and made them be the nastier people they really were

This movie is not as good as the untouchables or hoodlum but it still is a good movie with a very good supporting cast.

This movie really surprised me how good it was. They do not make movies like this anymore as this is a classic gangster movie.
