    Download was not easy and when done it prompted me to enter a key code which was never given to me. Now I can’t even use the software.

    This software is diufficult to navigate. When I clicked to download, the download stream of characters were not highlighted so I had to enter the entire stream. When I clicked on the stream, a message came up, "page not available". So I returned the product.

    Should have paid attention when the salesperson cautioned me that I couldn't return this software. You have to load this Encore software on-line. I loaded it using the on-line supplied download link, which was slow but seemed to work OK. Then I entered the license key supplied by Encore and it would not activate the software. I tried downloading the software again and it stalled part-way through the download. I tried to connect with Encore technical help but that is only available on-line. Sent three e-mails to them but no response whatsoever. Tremendous waste of time up to this point. Looks like two strikes on this software, anyone else want to try it?
