Excellent, as stated. Only problem is that you have to be very careful and follow the instructions closely prior to refilling the tank.

Quiet, easy to fill and clean. Does not leave residue like other humidifiers. However, does not raise humidity level in a larger 12x14 bedroom. I had to buy a 2nd machine (different brand) and running them both all night increases humidity from 15 to 30. 40 is comfortable range. Granted MN winters are cold and we have the furnace on all the time so the indoor air is extremely dry.

I have to write a review here to tell people like me who bought this product because they liked the design, what kind of company is behind this product - Pure Enrichment. I purchased 2 of their evaporative humidifiers and accessories. When I received the package, it was a complete mess! Because they used a much larger package, nearly 2/5 of the remaining space had no filler. Then I discovered that the fan on one of the humidifiers was not working. I sent them an email after I identified the issue and told them I am an engineer. Please believe that I did a thorough inspection before informing them of this problem. But I got a reply saying I had to take a video to prove that the product wasn't working! Yes, this surprised me, not only did I receive a questionable product, but I also had my IQ insulted! I finally sent them the video, but they didn’t promise a reply within 2 days like before. Also, my review on their website was deleted. This has to make me think that even if I am busy, I still want you to know what you are buying!
