Love some of the songs. They are very popular on the radio now.

I first heard of her on a Sunday morning show that she was being interviewed. I liked what I heard her say then I picked up all three of her albums. I have to say, I really didn't know what to expect, but what I found, was a soothing like voice, in front of deep bass, and light instruments. At first I did not know if I liked it, but upon listening to her several times, I can finally say that I liked what I heard. If you like indie type pop with interesting lyrics, pick this one up.

It was a coherent and enhanced album that maintained a new approach on alternative music. They were generally decent songs, however, there were certain songs such as "White Teeth Teens", "Team" and "A World Alone" had enhanced lyrics, each with unique sentimental meanings behind them with the concepts of love and independence, which really catches the consumer's eye but had the tendency to consistency and become rather slow in some songs such as "Tennis Court", "Buzz-cut Season" and "Ribs". Overall, this album deserves all the hype it's credited for- I would definitely recommend this to a friend and if I could, listen to it again for the first time. 8.2/10
