I've been looking for something new lately. Getting tired of all the shooting games in what seems to be a shrinking genre of games these days. I remembered i used to like all the old Tony Hawks and SSX games. Motorstorm as fun as it can be gets very boring very fast. So i saw the Pure commercial (thought it looked fun) and played the demo. Later that day, i went out and bought it... haven't stopped playing it! It's so fun. The graphcis are simply incredible. It's fun cause it's not just a racing game. You get to do tricks which give you boosts. You fill a thrill meter, and as you do that... the can pull off even cooler tricks. Fill up the thrill bar and you can pull of the "special trick". The dynamics and the physics are of course a little out there (flying hundreds and hundreds of feet in the air and free falling down mountain sides for a perfect land), but that just makes it all the more fun! The game is a nice blend of real and fantasy. The music is good as well. I enjoyed the creating of my ATV also. I thought that was pretty nce too. The only one thing that reallllly reaalllyyy bothered me was the fact that i can't have a friend come over, turn on controller 2 and play 1 on 1. Yes, you can play online with other people... but it's just not the same. Anyway, if you like racing, and if you like boosting off a ramp to play air-guitar while you free fall to the ground below... this is the game. Thumbs up!

If you were/are a fan of the ATV Offroad Fury series you will dig this game. The Preloading of your suspension is key in this game and it tricks the same as well. I enjoy the detail of the tracks, which is just amazing. Sound track is pretty good. I don;t have much to gripe about with this game. The charaxters themselves are a bit goofy..ala Disney, but that's easy to get over with such a complete package.

For someone who is new to the PS3 scene this is a great game to start you off. The controls are not too hard to get use to, and it all seems to flow well. The graphic are realistic, and customization of your ATV goes beyond expectation. I was not able to connect to any on-line players, but maybe there was a problem with the network. Can't wait to really dive into this game. This is a great break from the first person shooters.

Pure has outstanding graphics. There is a great deal of potential customization. If you enjoyed ATV Offroad (for the PS2) as much as me, then you will absolutely love this game. The feel is the same (racing / amazing tricks), but the graphics are by far superior. This game is fun for the whole family.

This game is a must have. As soon as I played Pure, I played for several hours at night on into the morning. I just kept getting caught up in the game & all the different customizations that you could do to your bike. It's fun for anyone in the family.

this is just an excellent game. it has full customization from the frame of the atv to the grips of the atv. the tricks are amazing. the characters are a little weird looking but that doesn't matter when your having so much fun playing this game!

Can be enjoyed by all. I'm 27 and have just as much fun playing it as my 10yr old nephews.
