    I was really excited when both of the of the 50 pint dehumidifiers were available for pickup today; however the humidity % buttons do not work. I am not able to set the desired humidity levels so I called in for support and because I’d already had the units set on comfort and did everything they were telling me to do a number of times. I was told to take them back to Best Buy and exchange them. I will be returning both tomorrow.
