I bought this humidifier to use in the winter months when the house is dry from the furnace heat. It is a great size for a nightstand and is very easy to use. There are 2 speeds and there is a night light feature that would be great in a child's room as well. Only 4 stars because if I use it on the high setting, which I prefer, the water runs out and the humidifier shuts off before I wake up (less than 8 hours). On low it will run the entire night (8+ hours).

My family and I just moved to Alaska a few months ago and about two months after getting here our 3 year old daughter got a nasty upper respiratory infection. I started looking for a humidifier for her room. I looked at several different stores and found this one. I read the reviews and decided I would buy this one. I paid for it online and picked it up from the store that same day. It was super easy! Right when we got home I set it up in her room. That was the first night in almost a week she didn't wake up coughing. I had three different humidifiers at our old house in Nebraska and hated all three of them. I absolutely love this one though! This one doesn't leak and keeps her room at the right level of humidity. It's super quiet and you can choose to have the light on or off. I choose to leave it off because it's too bright for her to sleep with. She's been completely better for a little over a month and I still have it running every night in her room to keep the air moist. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but the size worked out perfectly. I fill it up every night before she goes to sleep and within the 10 or 11 hours that she is asleep is goes through all the water. That's in the lower setting (you can pick from two settings). I like that it uses all the water over night so there is no standing water just sitting in there. It hasn't started to get stinky or anything and all I've done is rinse it out so far. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

WHAT I LIKE: The tank is light and small, so it is very easy to carry the tank around to fill it with water. The base is small, so I can put it anywhere, even on a small table or chair. You get to choose to turn the light on or off. ============================ WHAT I DON'T LIKE: Sometimes it does not work after refilling. To solve this, I either need to empty out the water in the base before putting the tank back on (which works all the time), or give the whole thing a little shake (which works sometimes). I see orange mildew around the central tube, and it's not that easy to clean as the surface is not flat. The tank is tinted so it is hard to see if there is mold inside. I wish it can last just a couple more hours, as our baby sleeps for just more than 10.5 to 11 hours.

This is a great little humidifier that does a large job. The small footprint of it is wonderful so it doesn't take up a lot of room. Easy to fill and operate. The auto-shut off is nice if it runs out of water. I used this to replace a large gallon-tank size humidifier. I think the mist output is much finer than what the larger predecessor put out. I don't use the nightlight feature on it, but it's cool that it has it.

Bought this for my dad. Good price. My dad really likes. Very quiet and easy to fill. Has two settings and can run the nightlight on both which is pleasant.

i am very pleased with this product. it's compact, last's through the night,gives off a a good amount of mist on the low setting & has a night light.

Got two of this humidifiers when it went on sale. I was looking for something that will be enough to use in our rooms and this is as good as it gets. Easy to use. Great that it has 2 modes for the mist output & 4 options how it works (bonus that it can be used with or without light) Like the fact that this is almost a quiet humidifier (it just has some very very faint sound that can easily be disregarded as it dispenses its mist). I usually just use this at night when we sleep & found this to be helpful in keeping our throats feel better in the morning. The units can also run about 10 hrs continuous use on a full tank of water. It doesn’t automatically shut off when water level is used up, it just has a red light indicator that it needs to be refilled. Overall, this is a good product for the need that I bought it for.

I like this unit. It is small and easy to clean. It is pretty quiet and easy to maintain. I also feel safer since it runs off of a wall wart and not from direct AC from teh wall.

I love everything about this humidifier. I barely hear any sound it make. And the light come with it is perfect as a nighlight . But one down side of this is it not turn off automatic.

I own several size humidifier. I use this one in an office. This is probably one of the better one for the price. Need to clean it consistently and some hard to reach places, but that's typical of most smaller humidifier.

One of my kids had a cold/cough. Humidifiers help alleviate some of the symptoms. After a week of constant hacking, I shuffled off to BestBuy to grab this baby. There are more expensive alternatives (Like the Dyson - which is awesome), but I figure you can buy 1 of these every year for the next 10 years for the price of one Dyson. No manual needed. Fill up the tank, plug it in, and start pressing buttons to vary the steam output and turn the lights on and off. My kid likes the night light feature; It's soothing apparently. Super quiet at the lowest setting, but even at MAX, the gentle hum is barely discernible. It works, and lasts all night.

This is really easy to use and helps keep the air feeling great while using the heater during winter. However, I do not find it lasts 10 hours as the description says. The night light is a nice feature!

It is big enough to last most of the night and handle my 10'x14' bedroom with just a little moisture. I need a little bigger size but a nice unit.

I needed a small unit for a bedroom since the having the heat on in the winter made the air so dry. This little unit fit nicely on top of the dresser. You will have to refill it every night as it seems that on the low setting, it will last about 9-10 hours. The high/low settings with/without the night light feature are nice to have. The unit is quiet, although if you are very sensitive to sound you may hear a bubble now and again, but it wasn't anything that disturbed my sleep. Bottom line: it does the job it advertises.

Needed a cool humidifier for a small bedroom. This one does not take up a lot of room, is absolutely silent and works well. It runs all night on one container of water, is easy to fill and empty.
