Ponchos battery pack doesn't work.

The instructions showed a battery pack and a long usb cable. The cable was missing. I charged the battery pack but it only powered on the poncho for a few seconds and then shut off. It only has 1 heated 12x10 inch section in the middle of the back. Returned for a refund.
