Uncomfortable Mask

The oils are good, but the mask is terrible. It’s uncomfortable to wear. I used it twice, and afterward my face felt like it was burning. I don’t think this is normal, as I’ve used other masks and this has never happened before. I tried to return it, but I couldn’t because Best Buy doesn’t sell it directly.

Had this just 2 weeks before it started acting weird and unresponsive. Would filter through all colors like a strobe light. Felt like it wasnt an anything more than string lights in a face mask. Too afraid to keep trying it, didnt want to be stuck with it.

I had high hopes for this but it wouldn't turn on after recharging. Tried charging again but it was dead.

Love this mask and serum! Such a great value. There was a delay with shipping and the company, Pursonic, provided excellent customer service to ensure my delivery was replaced. Very happy.
