I ordered this online @ Best Buy, I checked to make sure I could return it at the local store since it was a Christmas gift. I even called the store to confirm that. I got it 3 days before Christmas and was disappointed with the quality of the item and also it wasn’t rechargeable it need batteries. I took it to the store with my receipt to get a refund. After 20 mins of research at the store the would not give me my money back. They said it would have to contact the manufacturer to get my refund. Long story short it is in the top of my closet and I will donate it.
