When you do not feel like doing your regular workout routine, but do not want to sit on the couch. This is a great workout to get a little sweat going.

Alright so i'm a teen 17 yrs old to be exact who like any other teen would LOVE to have a body like a PCD. I was looking through fitness videos trying to find one that would help me not lose weight but simply tone up my body when i found this. It looked fun and i had watched previews for it on youtube. I figured dancing would be a fun and simple way to workout and plus it was meant to help you feel sexy and for the price i couldn't turn it down so i bought it. When i go home i plugged it in and started. It was an "ok" workout. I was a tad dissappointed in the content i felt like there should've been more too it. They teach you three dances which are only about a minute long if even and then that's it. The performance part of the video was the three dances that they teach you and you do it over and over and over until the song is over. Very repetative and EXTREMELY boring after a few times. Also during the video some of the girls seemed bored and not into it after the first few moves. Because THAT'S totally going to get me involved and upbeat about doing this workout. Overall i gave it three stars because it did make me feel sexy and i had fun the first few times i did it, but I didn't feel a burn and i don't believe it toned or did ANYTHING that would make me anything NEAR what the PCD group looks like.

i love my DVD, it works great, it also was easy to get off line and then go to the store to pick it up, i also got adiscount for getin it online

I THOUGHT THIS DVD WAS GONNA BE HORRIBLE BUT ITS ACTUALLY NOT SO BAD. REALLY WORKS WHEN YOU DO IT.
