Not very accurate, but kind of works

The heart rate bounces up and down. Sometimes it is more accurate than others. The watch band broke - but since I use it mainly in the gym with machines that can read the strap, it works well enough. I don't feel like spending more on another one so this will just have to do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I saw this HRM for $20 and thought I'd buy it to compare it to the current HRM I have, kind of a double check. I put on the chest strap and it was accurate for my sitting and standing pulse. BUT then i began to work out. According to this watch my pulse went from 60's to 80's to 100 to 130 to 160 to 190 to 210 to 230 to 250 LOL. I'm still alive. It was wrong of course.
