I had this scale for about 1 month now. As a scale, it performs well, was easy to set up, feels very solid, and looks good. The issue I have had is the ability to sync with My Fitness Pal and Samsung Health. It has been super inconsistent and frankly, I have given up trying to sync. I think all the apps are buggy so not specifically blaming Qardio but it is part of the problem as there is no log or indication to help debug the issue. Customer support did respond after a couple of days which was good. I tried their suggestions and it worked for about 3 days and then syncing just stopped.

I've tried the other smart scales that take forever to capture my info. I was surprised how responsive this scale was to me and how easy it was to choose between me and my future wife's profile. If it captures the wrong profile it's easy to update. It's also rechargeable so I don't have to worry about when the batteries will die on this device and can use my micro-usb to charge it. I previously owned the withings smart body scale and have grown tired of changing the batteries and waiting on it to get the exact measurement. I step on and step off this device.

we are able to receive information regarding weight, BMI and even bone density using the app. we are a family and each of the 4 of us have our own set of data to keep track of our progress - or lack thereof. Simple to use and has helped several of us stay motivated to keep working towards our goal.

It took a little longer to set up than I expect and did require a reset. However don’t let that discourage you. It’s a great product and I am glad I bought it. When it starts recording my weight going up instead of down I may change my review. ;)

The scale is very easy to set up. You have to download an app on the app store to keep track of your progress. You can add multiple users and it will recognize you once you step on the scale and synchronize with the app automatically. The weight and body fat results are a tiny bit off from a standardized machine you find at nutritional stores and Gyms that are the high-tech expensive ones. We are pretty happy with our purchase.

At first it took a while for it to set up correctly and recognize different users but after the initial set up it has worked great. I love that it tracks my weight and BMI etc on my app. Very simple. Looks nice too

Simple setup and easy to use. Might not be 100% accurate, but great for tracking progress with weight or BF loss. (Being dehydrated will affect BF composition reading).

This is an awesome scale for tracking my weight, as well as other important health information! It's fast to set up and easy to use, calculating my weight and BMI in seconds. It then displays my information, gives me a wink (the built in emoji's are a nice touch), and automatically sends my stats to my smartphone app for review. My roommate and I are able to toggle between our profiles with ease. It's also great that I can recharge it instead of changing batteries. After using more complicated smart scales in the past, this scale has been a weight off of my shoulders!

This is a solid scale with nice connected features. Price is a bit higher than what I think the product is worth, but overall I am happy with the purchase. I have been using it daily for almost 6 months now and have had very few issues. Initial setup was frustrating, but once set, it has been fine. The info provided by the scale, connectivity, and it being able to recognize me without extra steps is a plus. It is very well made, nice heavy glass, easy to clean, cute graphics. The real drawbacks come with the app itself. I like that it's easy to connect with myfitnesspal and Samsung Health, but the dedicated app needs major work. I have to have the app open for it to register weigh-in(can't just be running in background) and the functionality of the app itself is pure junk. I can't set the actual goal I want, the graph and tracking is not specific enough, nowhere on the main page does it give you total loss, only that weeks loss so you have to keep track of totals somewhere else. The main home screen doesn't have any options to customize it to actually be helpful. Layout is poor, and even small details like losing weight from one weigh in to the next but weigh in is on different weeks so the "smileyface" goes from smiling to neutral face even though there is a loss, it just doesn't register it as one because it is a new week. Overall, I am happy with the scale and connectivity, but honestly had I checked out the app prior to purchasing, I probably wouldn't have bought this one. The app is that poor. I am hoping that they will eventually update the app and make it match the quality of the actual product.

scale works well but it doesn't show all measurements on scale display. the app for the scale is a bit awkward to find your info and the graphs are hard to read. thought it would be better for the cost.

Good scale. Quick readings and knows the difference between my wife and me. Gave it four stars because the syncing is not automatic. It may be user error, but I have to open the Qardio app before it will sync with the Apple health app. Overall it is a good scale.

This scale is great. Very accurate. Cool abs sleek design. The app that partners with it works but isn’t my favorite. But overall. Would recommend.

I have been trying to get fit but struggling to Identify the exact problem areas. The scale has allowed me to do that. It’s very easy to use and I’m very happy with it so far.

Works very well. I need to remember to bring my phone with to get the measurement recorded on the app. That is the only glitch I have found.

This was very easy to set up you just download the app follow what it says and then your up and running in less then 5 min works great with the Apple Watch 6.

Not worth it, returned. Just too much hassle to try setting up.

Love how it’s easy to link to app and keeps track of history and can log other users for competitive fun

The scale is extremely easy to set up and add multiple users. Automatic syncing to phone has worked flawlessly. The associated app is well laid out and easy to use.

This scale provides with the information I want and need to keep my weight down. It’s also very easy to set up accounts for other family members.

I love it, was confusing to set up at first even with directions but it works great and easy to use. Also has pregnancy setting.
