The recorder presents like a child toy, I expected a better quality more sturdy product for the price I paid. I was also charged twice for the produce, and when I reached out to Best Buy, I was advised I would have to seek a return from my financial institution. Also, when making a purchase, make sure they didn’t imput a warranty that you didn’t ask for this also will present challenges when attempting to get a refund.

This was a Christmas Present to someone who had many cassets, and wanted a new Cassette Player to listen to them. That person was very pleased with the gift.

I like that it has all the different features and it is a perfect weight. Doesn’t feel like it’s cheaply made.

This recorder is gray for playing old school cassette tape I especially like the blue tooth feature and the usb.

Had some treasured tape cassettes that I wanted to listen to and ultimately transfer them to CDs. Is a wonderful little unit and sound is very good.

Junk - could not even put in batteries and close the latch so used connector. Even then, the fast forward and rewind worked - but when you hit play or record - the tape would not move. Absolute junk

Works great, speaker isn’t that great - so I have external speakers hooked into it and it’s fantastic. Finally get to play all my old cassette music.

Disappointed by how cheap and plastic it is… definitely not your 1970’s/80’s heavy cassette player! But the worst part is that it plays fast. So everything is just a bit off. Bummer. I’m hanging on to it as a means of getting the recordings digitized where I’ll have to adjust the speed. Wish me luck!
